Ingredients for Onions & Tomatoes Pulao:
- Cooked Rice-2 cups
- Sliced Onion-1
- Sliced Tomato-1
- Jeera (Cumin seeds)-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-1 sprig
- Well sliced Green Chillies-2
- Salt, as needed
- Ghee, as needed
- Haldi (Turmeric powder)-1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon
- Lime juice-1/2
- Well sliced sprig Dhania (Coriander Leaves)
- Initially prepare all the necessary components to make the Quick Pulao With Onions And Tomatoes.
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel & drop cumin seeds. When it sputters, drop the curry leaves & green chillies.
- After 60 seconds, drop the onions & cook until they become translucent & smooth. Include the tomatoes & cook for like 1 minute or 2.
- Include the leftover rice, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder & cook for like three to five mins.
- When it’s done, turn off the stove, place lime juice on the quick pulao, combine & decorate using cutted coriander leaves. Your dish is ready.
